Customer satisfaction is our prime motive. If you are not completely satisfied with an item you purchased, you may return the item with 14 days of the sale and we will fully refund your purchase. Please note that items that have been personalized (i.e. engraved or embossed) may not be returned unless Executive Leather has made a personalization mistake or the products is deficient.
How to Return a Purchase?
Within 14 days of receiving your purchase, contact Executive Leather by email or by phone by calling our fulfillment center at Therese Saint Clair (203-661-2927).
Executive Leather will email a Claim Form and send a Claim Tag to return the item.
